What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Mindfulness involves acceptance – paying attention to thoughts and feelings without judging them. Mindfulness focuses thoughts on what we’re sensing in the present moment, rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.
